By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 2agame (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the 2agame Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 2agame. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Use of the 2agame Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any person employed by 2agame or its affiliates, technology providers, or licensing partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the 2agame Platform or any associated platform operated under the same licence.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. 2agame reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or proof of address.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 2agame Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 2agame account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or allow any other person to access your account.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 2agame's support team immediately via the live chat facility or by emailing [email protected]. 2agame will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your personal details, including your address, phone number, or payment method, must be updated promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or temporary account suspension pending re-verification.

2agame reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to requests for additional identity documents, source-of-funds declarations, or proof of payment method ownership. Cooperation with such requests is a condition of continued account access.

All financial transactions on the 2agame Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2agame supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your 2agame wallet within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 2agame does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 2agame's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus funds must be subject to the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal is permitted.
• 2agame processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Banking section of the Platform, which are indicative and subject to payment provider processing times beyond our control.
• 2agame reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays of up to five (5) business days in exceptional cases.

Anti-Money Laundering: 2agame operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. Deposits may only be made from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Any activity suspected of constituting money laundering, structuring, or related financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be suspended immediately.

2agame offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 2agame bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or not at all, as specified in the promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per bet as stated in the promotion's terms. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus wagering period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time, unless otherwise specified.

2agame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any decision made by 2agame's management regarding bonus eligibility, wagering progress, or bonus cancellation is final.

All casino games available on the 2agame Platform, including but not limited to slots, live dealer tables, virtual sports, instant win games, and crash games, use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealing procedures audited by independent testing laboratories. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average payout and do not guarantee specific results for individual sessions or players.

Sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, and international leagues, are governed by 2agame's Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. In-play betting is subject to real-time odds fluctuations. 2agame reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event's result is determined or where a clear pricing error has occurred.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error affecting a game or bet, 2agame's decision as to the outcome of any affected round or bet shall be final. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's wallet.

All game outcomes are recorded in 2agame's server logs, which constitute the definitive record in any dispute. Where a player's client-side display differs from the server log, the server log shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2agame Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or operators to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Placing bets on the basis of insider information related to sporting events, including but not limited to PSL and international cricket fixtures.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Providing false or misleading information during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 2agame staff members or other players via any communication channel.

All content published on the 2agame Platform, including but not limited to the 2agame brand name, logo, game graphics, interface designs, text, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 2agame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 2agame.

Any unauthorised use of 2agame's intellectual property — including using the 2agame name, logo, or branding in connection with any third-party website, social media account, or promotional material without express written authorisation — constitutes an infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2agame, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, regardless of whether 2agame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

2agame's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2agame makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available continuously or without interruption, that it will be free of errors or defects, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may affect Platform availability without prior notice.

2agame is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players, particularly those based in Pakistan where gambling should remain a form of entertainment and not a financial strategy. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 2agame players at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic on-screen notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which login is not possible.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2agame holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 2agame's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
